Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size and color variations, subject to availability:

  • Size Exchanges: Available within the same product line
  • Color Exchanges: Subject to current inventory
  • Style Exchanges: Must be of equal or lesser value
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days once we receive your item

Note: If the replacement item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Domestic Returns (US)

  • Free return shipping provided for defective or incorrectly shipped items
  • $9.99 return shipping fee for regular returns (deducted from refund)
  • Expedited return processing available for an additional $15

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Use trackable shipping method with insurance coverage
  • Returns must be declared with accurate value to avoid delays

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:
